Booking terms

A booking is confirmed after you sign the agreement and the required deposit has successfully cleared through Stripe. The total, menu selections, and terms displayed in your agreement are the terms for that event.

A $50 deposit, plus applicable sales tax, holds your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event start time. We show the amount due before any payment is submitted.

Your headcount locks 48 hours before the event, when we purchase food. Changes requested after that point may include the $50 change fee shown in your agreement.

Cancel at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Inside 7 days, the $50 deposit is retained. Once the final count locks, food has been purchased and there is no automatic refund; contact us and we will review the circumstances.

You provide a level 10×10 ft area for the grill station and a nearby table for toppings. We cook rain or shine under our canopy; severe weather reschedules are handled reasonably and in good faith.

Reply to your booking email before paying if anything in your agreement does not look right.
