Privacy policy

When you request a quote or book a party, we collect the contact and event details needed to answer you, schedule your event, collect payment, and provide the service: name, email, phone number, address, event date and time, party details, and notes you provide.

We use that information to send quotes, agreements, receipts, service reminders, and practical event updates; manage the calendar and crew; prevent abuse of the booking form; and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We use Supabase to operate the booking system and may use Resend for transactional email. If advertising measurement is enabled, Google Analytics and Meta may receive standard browser and campaign information. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information, subject to records we must retain for completed bookings and accounting. Marketing text messages require your separate opt-in; transactional booking updates do not depend on that opt-in.
